The Reiki Precepts

The Reiki Precepts consist of five teachings within the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition, offering thoughts to consider and reflect upon as part of daily life.

Through years of dedicated practice and study, I continue to deepen my relationship with Reiki and the teachings that have been passed down through generations of practitioners.
